PU-ERH and HEALTH
It is often called the healing tea since it has many curative effects.
The Chinese medicine considers it as a miraculous drink; in modern science, however, its power is attributed to different micro organisms that appear in the production of tea.
These are the following microbes: Aspergillus Niger, Aspergillus Clauatus, Aspergillus Glaucus, Rhizopus Chinehsis,
Loctobacillus Thermophilus, Saccharomyces, yeast plants and, among others, also penicillin.
Numerous scientific investigations conducted at medical universities
confirm the nature of its positive effects, which are also mentioned by the traditional Chinese medicine:
weight loss, fat melting, it prevents arteriosclerosis, heart attack, cancer, lowers blood pressure, regulates diabetes, reduces inflammations and detoxifies, stimulates the central nervous system, improves eyesight and digestion, it has an antibacterial function, prevents constipation, it has an anti-aging properties...
1. Weight loss, balance of cholesterol and arteriosclerosis.
Polyphenols in the pu-erh tea play an important role in regulating cholesterol in the body. They purify the blood and function against blood clots. They increase the elasticity of capillary walls and render fat. Chlorophyll, which contains magnesium and iron, functions protectively to the digestion and absorbs the cholesterol. Vitamin C helps in the excretion of the cholesterol from the body. All three elements together in the pu-erh tea function against obesity. Phenols in the tea control the serum in the cholesterol and hence reduce the fat in the liver and the arteries.
2. It lowers high blood pressure
Polyphenols, vitamin C and vitamin P (bioflavonoid) in the tea prevent hypertension, especially polyphenol which improves the functioning of the capillaries and thus directly regulates high and low blood pressure.
3. Anti-aging
A strong antioxidant effect of the vitamin E, polyphenols and vitamin C function against aging.
4. It improves digestion
Alkaloids in the tea considerably improve the peristalsis and hence also the digestion.
5. Cancer
The tea has a preventive effect against all types of cancer since it contains a lot of antioxidants.
